Two day multi-disciplinary online International Conference on latest trends in “Engineering, Management, Hotel Management, Pharmacy, Nursing and Physiotherapy”

Description about the program:

 On the inaugural function Mr. Mohammad Qais Rezvani ( Ministry of Interior Affairs, Kabul, Afghanistan), Dr. Ali Ahmed Khan( Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz university Saudi Arabia), Dr. R.B. Sharma(P.S.B.A. University, Saudi Arabia),Dr.Mohinder Singh,Prof.(Dr.) K.K. Saini (Director general RPIIT campus), Sh. D.L. Mittal (Director RPIIT Campus) shared their views and emphasized on the changing trends in the different fields and how they are impacting us.

After the Inaugural function Head Co-ordinators of Different Departments , RPIIT Medical and Technical Campus started the session for their respective courses by welcoming all the participants and giving the brief introduction about the conference.  We have invited eminent speakers who are the most generous and learned personalities in the field of Engineering,Physiotherapy,Pharmacy,Management,Hotel Management,Nursing for this 2 days conference . They have shared  their knowledge with students and all the participants of the conference. We are highly thankful for their cooperation. . Their research has given a new  insight to our professions.

Mr. Naveen Chahal, Assistant  Professor, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management has participated in the conference and spoke on the topic: latest trends during the covid 19 in hospitality industry. In his speech, he emphasized on the trends that the hospitality industry has adopted in order to overcome the situation of pandemic and to provide the smooth and undisrupted services to its clients.

Mr. Sanjay Borad, CMA,CS, Borad Sanjay & Associates,Ahmedabad, Gujarat, spoke on the topic Practical Challenges in Costing. He discussed various challenges that comes during costing and the ways they can be managed.

Mr. Nirbhay Rana, Assistant Professor, Buddha College of Higher Education,  presented the paper on the topic: the impact of inclusive marketing Strategy on brand communication and buying behavior of customers with special focus on youth

Mr. Vikas Chhabra, Assistant Professor, Ganpati Institute of Hotel Management Bilaspur, Yamunanagar spoke on the topic latest trends in hospitality industry.

Mr. Mohammed Qais Rezvani, Ministry of Interior Affairs, Kabul, Afghanistan provided us with his valuable time and spoke on the topic about leadership.

Thakare, Professor  from pharmacy department focuses on  crisis of the COVID-19 faced by the whole world, the world is fighting a health pandemic as well as an economic emergency, almost impacting trillions of dollars of revenues. The next major topic discuss was the development of vaccine to fight this pandemic at the same time speakers throw light on new various upcoming areas of research and Job opportunities.

The speakers enlighten the student on Drug Regulatory affairs current Drug Repurposing techniques which can enormously cut short the research time and money.

Dr.Prabhat Ranjan, Senior Physiotherapist, AIIMS, Delhi Ex-Executive member, The  Indian association of Physiotherapists He Had been resource person for more than 75 workshops in India on the TopicNDT/ BOBATH. He has Organized six International Conference of physical therapy, AIIMS, New Delhi,

Dr.UmashankarMohantyPresident, Manual Therapy ,Foundation of India®. Former President, The Indian Association of Physiotherapists.He is the PhD Guide, Lovely Professional University,He is also working as PhD Guide, University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya

There were many  paper presentations by physio students and assistant professors from Jaipur, Gujarat, Delhi, Panipat in latest trends in physiotherapy. The main emphasis by the eminent speakers and Students was  how effective and necessary physiotherapy has become for treating COVID-19 patients. Various new approaches have been discussed for the same. And also discussed about the positive and negative effect of this corona virus has on individual and economy.

Dr. Sanju Saini, Department of Electrical Engineering, Deenbandhu  Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal..Prof. Dr. Himanshi Saini Assistant Professor, Ph.D. (Electronics and Communication)M. E. (Microelectronics),B. E.  (Electronics and Communication Engineering, are few eminent speakers of Engineering department who enlighten their knowledge on different fields of Engineering.

Dr. Vidya Deshwal, Principal of Kalpana Chawla medical college, Karnal, She is the first lady who had completed PH.D in nursing,Dr. Paramjit Kaur,Principal of National Institute of Nursing, Hisar, Dr. Maharaj Singh, Professor & research co-ordinator,  jaipur, , are one of the eminent speakers of the nursing department shows how effective and necessary  has become for treating COVID-19 patients and also focus on physiological ,social and physiological impact on patients who has suffered this illness.They emphasized few practices to be followed during this pandemic like for all health workers,regardless of specific exposure risks,it is always a good practice to

-frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.When soap and running water are not available,use an hand rub with atleast 60%alcohol based sanitizer.

-Avoid touching your eyes,nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

-practice good respiratory etiquette,including covering cough and sneezes.

-Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

-Stay home if sick.

-Recognize personal risk factors etc.

Various other Participants spoke on different topics related to their topic of interest. The entire session was an interactive session and the speakers answered many Queries raised by the participants.. The entire programme was co-ordinated with the support of Principal, and faculty of Department, RPIIT medical and technical campus, Karnal.

Students and Teaching Faculty from different departments, Health Sciences, Life Science,DMLT,BPT,NURSING,Engineering,Entrepreneurs,Researchers,Industry professionals etc. participated well with their complete efforts.

The participants of the conference expressed their gratitude to the staff of the Department of Management and Hotel Management, RPIIT Medical and Technical Campus for providing a platform to exchange their ideas and knowledge.

Future prospective:

The conference brings an interactive platform which could provide unprecedented support to students and researchers in their day to day doubts and also to increase the awareness among the students about corona Virus.

The departments forward to organize future conferences  in their field  that helps to bring the people to come together and share their respective ideas, researches and work with each other.

Formally,CH Bangalore.He is working as HOD  in Golden jubilee institute New Delhi.

He is also posted as HOD Civil hospital Karnal Under district red Cross society karnal.

He is Presently working as a cleanician at   LAMBA PHYSIO CLINIC KARNAL.He has RECEIVED LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD AT AIIMS And AWARD OF HONOUR AT PGI CHANDIGARH.He has Organised  number of  FREE physiotherapy camps  at DIFFERENT PLACES. He joined us on Day -2 of the conference.

 

Dr.A.G.K.Sinha(Professor and Ex Head, Deptt of Physiotherapy), Punjabi University, Patiala.

He is also a renowed name in the field of physiotherapy as recipient of  prestigious  Fellowship Award  of  IAP.He Served as Member of Editorial board  of 4 scientific journal related to physiotherapy and sports medicine.

He is the current editor in chief  of  Physiotherapy -the Journal of Indian Association of Physiotherapists.He joined  us on Day-2 of the conference.
