B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) is an undergraduate academic degree awarded after completion of a three or four year program of studies at a recognized university or recognized university-level institution. Generally B.Tech contains technical specialization in specific field of interest. The field of interest may vary from person to person for mechanical, civil, computers. Electronics etc.
Duration: 4 Years
For B.Tech. – First Year (1st Semester)
The candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with atleast 50% marks from recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subjects:
Should have passed Diploma Course in Engineering/Technology of 3 Year duration or more from State Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent Diploma Examination.
Direct Admission for Diploma Holders in Second year (3rd Semester)
The candidates who have passed 3 year Diploma and have secured minimum 50% marks aggregate are eligible for direct admission.
Should have passed the degree in science (B.Sc.) with Mathematics as one of the subject with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate.
